Brianna Gildner


Founding Attorney

Brianna Gildner is the founder of Clear Cost Legal, PLLC. Brianna’s litigation experience includes high-stakes criminal cases, including those designated as "complex" by the Arizona Superior Court. She has represented clients in a variety of matters ranging from DUIs to murder cases. Brianna has successfully defended clients at every stage of litigation, from initial appearance through trial and post conviction. 

In addition to her criminal defense work, Brianna has been a steadfast advocate in family law matters and is well versed in the world of domestic violence. She has successfully represented clients in order of protection hearings,  ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are protected. Her ability to navigate challenging legal disputes with strategic precision and unwavering dedication has earned her a reputation as a fierce and effective litigator.

Even before launching her practice, Brianna demonstrated exceptional legal aptitude. She was selected as an Honors Scholar and received the Ambassador Barbara Barrett Scholarship to pursue the study of law and geopolitics at Arizona State University. Her commitment to justice and keen negotiation skills also earned her a prestigious internship with the U.S. Department of State, where she worked closely with the DOJ to combat human trafficking. She holds a fellowship in International Rule of Law and Security for her advocacy.

Brianna is also a staunch advocate for accessible legal representation and believes deeply in acting as a community lawyer. Throughout her career, she has volunteered with various pro bono organizations including the Homeless Legal Assistance Program, the Arizona Legal Center, and the Arizona Justice Project.  These experiences reinforced her passion for litigation and advocacy, shaping the foundation of her practice today.

oumou keita


Research Attorney

Oumou Keita holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arizona, where she was recognized with the School of Social and Behavioral Science’s Certificate of Academic Excellence. She went on to earn her law degree from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. There, she was awarded the prestigious Dean’s Award and served as the 2019-2021 Gideon Fellow. During her fellowship, Oumou gained experience at the Maricopa County Public Defenders Office and the Federal Public Defenders Office.

After Graduating in 2021, Oumou clerked for the Honorable Peter B. Swann and Kent E. Cattani at the Arizona Court of Appeals. Oumou then moved on to the Arizona District Court where she clerked for the Honorable Michelle Hamilton-Burns. Oumou’s dedication to public service and justice initiatives led her to the Arizona Justice Project, where she served as the legal non-profit’s inaugural Larry H. Hammond Justice Fellow. There, she played a pivotal role in advocating for the release of those who had suffered legal injustices. Her commitment to legal excellence and advocacy continues to drive her work in the legal field today.
